After graduating high school, Austin joined ERS as a laborer. He began on a concrete crew and learned to build culverts and bridges. His attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and passion for people put him on a track to becoming a crane operator, and now he is one of the youngest foremen at ERS. His natural leadership skills and appreciation for working side-by-side with his crew are an example to all of us. We are thankful Austin chose to be a part of the ERS family!
