Jimmy Mullis recently celebrated 40 years in the Structures Division and was awarded the 2024 E.R. Snell President’s Award. He started with Rogers Bridge company in 1983 and became a part of the ERS family during the 2015 acquisition! Jimmy continually rises to the challenge of complex projects, his work ethic and drive are unmatched, and his vision for planning, overseeing, and executing each project is remarkable. He has mentored many of our Structures Foreman, building them up with his skills and expertise. This award is a true testament to his outstanding leadership, unwavering accountability, and impressive achievements throughout his career at E.R. Snell.
